Help needed?

Fri Feb 20, 2009, 9:14 AM
I've recently aquired adobe photoshop CS2 9.0, and was wondering if anyone knows how to set the brush opacity to pen pressure?
I want it so when i drag the pen softly across the tablet, the line will be soft and barely noticeably, while if i push harder, th eline becomes more firm and bold.
Changing the opacity jitter has absolutly NO effect, i was given instructions to do the following:
windows > brushes F5 > other dynamics > Control: Pen pressure
Unfortunatly, again, no effect??
If anyone knows anything or knows anyone that might know something, please let me know, your help would be much appreciated!

Ahh, you must love Ben for putting that on your computer!!
He did it for me too.
Have you googled it? Or tried a forum? They usually help me when I get stuck-which is often!

Yes! I definatly owe him one! and i didnt even know about it until I got home XD
I tried but it didnt come up with anything usefull, just a load of computor jargon which only the likes of Ben understand XP
Ive e-mailed a few people who i know have the same program so hopefully something will come up!
I was going to ask, is there anyway to change how the colour bar is set out, because its so small you need a magnifying glass just to see it??

Haha, we thought it would be a good suprise! I am usually on it for hours when I should really be doing my homework ... =/
I don't kow that I am afraid - I am still new to it myself, but I am thinking of buying a book on how to use Photoshop. I am sure there is abook out there called ';Photoshop for Dummies'... I know, it's tiny! my laptop screen is huge and it looks lost there!
Hope you have fun playing around with it on your tablet.
